Kiwi Update

A quick update here, with an interesting pic.
I was out at one of the kiwi packhouses today and picked up some samples.
Below is a comparison between an egg from my fridge, and a kiwi I brought home from the packhouse.

The variety is Gold, for any canucks reading this, I'm pretty sure we don't get gold imported, but soon, it's really tasty.

Update at last!

Well, we wish we could say that things have been slow, but it hasn't. We're settling in to Tauranga, New Zealand now, and enjoying it immensely.
We've been out tramping every weekend now for... weeks.

Rather than post pictures twice, we'll invite our readers to head to our
Blog Map and check out the pix there. On the map you'll see where that pix are taken, we map the locations with gps and then load the the pictures later.

We've been to some spectacular falls; Waiwere, Ananui, Kaiete and Rimu. Rimu the smallest at roughly 10 meters and Waiwere the tallest at 106m.

The water is cold, but worth it.
